These terms govern your use of domo.bz and the DOMO application. By using DOMO you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
Who we are
DOMO is operated by Don't Miss Out Ventures Inc., an Ontario corporation (number 1890764) at 120 Adelaide Street West, Suite 2500, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 1T1, Canada. Full details are in our Legal Notice.
What DOMO is
DOMO is a discovery platform. It surfaces experiences and events — concerts, matches, shows, food, culture — and links you to the third-party providers who sell them.
What DOMO is not
We are not a ticket seller, a travel agency or a tour operator. We do not take payment for tickets, flights or accommodation. We are not a party to any contract you enter into with a provider.
Third-party bookings
Every purchase you make is a contract between you and the provider, under that provider's own terms and conditions. The provider is solely responsible for fulfilment, changes, cancellations, refunds and customer service.
If something goes wrong with a booking, the provider is who you need to contact. We will help you find the right party where we reasonably can, but we cannot resolve a dispute on a contract we are not part of.
Pricing
Prices shown on DOMO are indicative and are sourced from providers or estimated. They may be out of date, incomplete, or shown without fees and taxes. Some experiences are shown without a price because the provider does not publish one.
The final price is the one shown by the provider at the point of purchase. Where a DOMO price and a provider price differ, the provider's price is the real one.
Availability
Experiences and events may sell out, move, or be cancelled by the provider. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings current, but we cannot guarantee that anything shown on DOMO is still available when you go to book it.
Affiliate disclosure
We may earn a commission when you book through a link on DOMO. This is at no additional cost to you — you pay the provider's normal price. Commission does not buy placement: it does not determine what appears in your feed or in what order.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl or harvest content or data from the service
- Use automated systems to access the service, except well-behaved search engine crawlers
- Attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service
- Reproduce or redistribute substantial parts of the content commercially without permission
- Use the service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights
Intellectual property
The DOMO name, branding, design and original content belong to Don't Miss Out Ventures Inc. Event names, images and descriptions belong to their respective providers and rights holders, and are shown for the purpose of discovery and referral.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOMO is provided "as is" and we make no warranty that listings are accurate, complete, current or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a booking made with a provider, from a provider's acts or omissions, from inaccurate pricing or availability, or from the service being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any mandatory statutory consumer rights you have where you live. Those rights are not affected.
Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date at the top will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
